Intense on the nose, with vegetal and fruity notes of aromatic herbs, white peach and plum, echoed by citrus notes of grapefruit.
On the palate, dry, fresh, and savory. A harmonious ensemble with good persistence.
Recommended with vegetable-based first courses and fish dishes.

Yield per hectare: 9.0 T/ha
Vinification: cold maceration of crushed grapes for 3 hours, gentle pressing using only the free-run must, and fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 18°C with selected yeasts
Aging: in stainless steel tanks for at least 6 months
