Pleasantly herbaceous aroma at first, immediately revealing fruity notes of blackberry, raspberry, and red currant.
On the palate it is soft, harmonious, and persistent, the structure is balanced and supported by well-integrated tannins.
Excellent with cured meats and medium-aged cheeses and traditional Bolognese first courses.
